Rebranded St. Lucie County as “St. Lucie, Florida: Jewel of the Treasure Coast,”
Most people don’t know where St. Lucie, Florida is, so we created a new logo showing the state of Florida with a hibiscus – a native flower – marking the spot where St. Lucie sits. The three leaves of the Hibiscus represent the two cities and one village that make up the County.
We formed a tourism and economic partnership with Grand Bahama Island, forged a new public/private partnership program with County businesses to jointly promote the area to tourists, thereby increasing the County’s budget.
We created event-based partnerships that increased tourism, and launched a travel magazine and website exclusively for and about St. Lucie County.
